Csong.ai Commercial Music License Agreement
1. Subscription-Based License Terms

This Music License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the rules that govern how generated content may be used under the Csong.ai service.
1.2 Acceptance
By using Csong.ai and accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms, as well as the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and related site policies made available on the official Csong.ai website. You also confirm that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement. If you use Csong.ai on behalf of a company, employer, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Definitions
2.1 Generated Content
“Generated Content” means any song, music track, instrumental, audio output, or other creative material generated through the tools and services provided by Csong.ai.
2.2 Commercial Use
“Commercial Use” means use of Generated Content for business, revenue, brand, professional, monetized, advertising, promotional, licensing, publishing, broadcasting, or other economic purposes, whether direct or indirect.
2.3 Non-Commercial Use
“Non-Commercial Use” means personal use of Generated Content without direct or indirect commercial gain, including casual sharing, testing, and private creative use.
3. License Scope and Subscriber Rights
3.1 Annual Member Commercial License
If you are an annual subscriber of Csong.ai and remain in compliance with this Agreement, Csong.ai grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully paid, royalty-free license to use eligible Generated Content created during your active annual subscription term for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Rights of Subscribers
Annual Members Commercial
May use eligible Generated Content in personal, professional, business, and commercial projects — including publishing, distributing, synchronizing, adapting, modifying, monetizing, and incorporating generated music into larger works. Annual members may also download an individual commercial license certificate for each eligible completed track created during their active annual membership.
Monthly Members Personal
May use Generated Content for personal and non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise expressly stated by Csong.ai in the applicable plan details. Monthly subscribers do not receive the same commercial-use licensing scope granted to annual members under this Agreement.
Free Users Personal
May use Generated Content only for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the platform rules then in effect. Where sharing is allowed, Csong.ai may require attribution or other platform-level conditions.
4. Distribution and Platform Use
4.1 Cross-Platform Sharing
Eligible commercially licensed music may be distributed by annual members across online platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, podcasts, websites, games, advertising materials, brand content, trailers, and other digital or commercial media channels.
4.2 Commercial Monetization
Annual members may monetize eligible Generated Content created during their active annual subscription term, without any additional royalty payable to Csong.ai beyond the applicable subscription fee, subject to continued compliance with this Agreement and applicable law.
4.3 Modification and Derivative Use
Subscribers may edit, remix, adapt, crop, combine, synchronize, arrange, or otherwise modify Generated Content for legitimate creative or business purposes, provided such use does not violate law, third-party platform rules, or the restrictions in this Agreement.
5. Ownership and Rights Structure
5.1 Platform Ownership
Csong.ai retains ownership of its underlying software, models, systems, trademarks, service infrastructure, datasets, and brand assets. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Csong.ai platform itself.
5.2 Rights in Generated Content
For content created on free or monthly plans, Csong.ai retains ownership and grants a limited personal, non-commercial use license unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan. For content created during an active annual subscription term, Csong.ai grants the commercial-use license described in this Agreement to the eligible annual member for qualifying Generated Content.
5.3 Survival of License for Qualified Annual Content
For eligible tracks created during an active annual membership and covered by the commercial license terms, the granted commercial-use license continues for those qualified tracks even after the annual subscription ends or is canceled, unless the license is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement.
6. Commercial License Certificates
6.1 Certificate Availability
Annual members of Csong.ai may download an individual commercial license certificate for each eligible completed track created during their active annual membership.
6.2 Purpose of the Certificate
The certificate is provided as supporting documentation that the qualifying track was created under a subscription status that includes commercial-use rights under this Agreement.
6.3 Scope of the Certificate
The certificate applies only to eligible tracks created during the active annual membership period and does not automatically apply to tracks created outside that eligible period.
7. Csong.ai Platform Commitments
7.1 Csong.ai uses a combination of proprietary systems and third-party technology and takes reasonable steps to operate its services in a way that supports the licensing framework described in this Agreement.
7.2 Csong.ai is designed to reduce typical content-rights risk for normal online commercial use cases. However, users remain responsible for ensuring that their specific use complies with applicable law, platform rules, and any third-party rights that may apply in their jurisdiction or use context.
7.3 Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, Csong.ai makes no additional guarantee regarding suitability, merchantability, or fitness of Generated Content for a particular legal or commercial purpose.
8. Prohibited Uses
8.1 You may not use Generated Content for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or otherwise prohibited purposes under applicable law.
8.2 You may not use Generated Content in a way that falsely implies endorsement by Csong.ai, Csong, or Csong AI, unless expressly authorized in writing.
8.3 You may not use the platform or its outputs in violation of third-party platform rules, intellectual property law, privacy law, publicity rights, or other applicable regulations.
9. Limitations of Liability
9.1 Csong.ai is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, claims, removals, or platform actions resulting from user misuse, unauthorized use, or unlawful use of Generated Content.
9.2 Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Csong.ai-generated music complies with applicable platform policies, advertising rules, copyright frameworks, publicity rights, and other legal requirements relevant to the intended use.
10. License Termination and Revocation
10.1 If you violate this Agreement, any license granted under it may be automatically revoked.
10.2 Upon termination or revocation, you must stop using the affected Generated Content and permanently delete all related files and materials to the extent required by law and this Agreement.
11. Additional Terms
11.1 Generated Content is provided on an “as is” basis, subject to the rights and limitations set out in this Agreement.
11.2 Csong.ai may update or revise this Agreement from time to time. Material changes may be posted through appropriate notice channels.
11.3 Csong.ai reserves the right to monitor misuse and take appropriate action against unauthorized exploitation, infringement, or contractual violation, including legal enforcement where necessary.
