1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Csong.ai, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

If you use Csong.ai on behalf of a business, agency, school, employer, client, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” will refer both to you and that entity.

2Eligibility and Account Use

2.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 Unauthorized Access

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or used in a fraudulent manner.

3Use of the Website and Services

Csong.ai is an AI music creation platform that helps users create original songs from text, lyrics, ideas, and images. The platform may also provide connected music tools and related services.

3.1 Service Description

Depending on your plan and the features available at the time of use, Csong.ai may allow you to generate songs, compare multiple results, download eligible files, share public song links, and use related music tools within the platform ecosystem.

3.2 No Unlawful or Unauthorized Use

You may use the Site and Services only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any platform-specific rules posted by Csong.ai.

4Generated Content and Plan-Based Access

4.1 Generated Content

“Generated Content” means any song, instrumental, audio output, lyrics output, video-related output, MIDI-related output, or other creative material produced through the Csong.ai platform or its connected tools.

4.2 Free Plan Access

Free-plan users may use Csong.ai for personal and non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable feature or pricing page.

4.3 Monthly Subscription Access

Monthly subscribers may access paid creation features and downloads according to their plan, but commercial-use rights are limited as described in the applicable license and pricing terms.

4.4 Annual Subscription Access

Annual subscribers may receive broader rights and benefits, including commercial-use eligibility for qualifying generated tracks and the ability to download an individual commercial license certificate for each eligible completed song created during the active annual subscription period, subject to applicable licensing terms.

4.5 Availability of Downloads and Sharing

Where enabled by plan and product design, Csong.ai may allow users to download songs in MP3 or WAV format and share public song links.

5User Data and Privacy

To provide the Services, we may collect personal information such as name, email address, payment details, usage data, account settings, and other information you choose to provide. Our handling of personal information is governed by the Csong.ai Privacy Policy.

By using Csong.ai, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as necessary to provide account management, subscription services, customer support, fraud prevention, and platform functionality.

6Non-Personal Data and Cookies

Csong.ai may also collect non-personal or device-level information, including browser information, analytics data, performance data, session behavior, and cookie-based data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie practices.

7Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Csong.ai, Csong, or Csong AI in any of the following ways:

• For any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive purpose
• To violate any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right
• To infringe, misappropriate, or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To upload or distribute malicious code, malware, viruses, bots, or other harmful technical material

• To harass, threaten, defame, abuse, intimidate, or discriminate against any person or group
• To generate, upload, request, or distribute content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate for minors
• To use the Site in a way that interferes with platform stability, security, or normal service operation
• To misuse commercial licensing or falsely represent that your use is licensed when it is not
• To reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or exploit the platform in violation of our technical or business rules

8Subscription, Billing, and Refund Policy

8.1 Subscription Plans

Csong.ai may offer free access, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and other paid feature access from time to time. Feature scope and included rights may vary by plan.

8.2 Automatic Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fee and any related taxes or fees according to the billing cycle you select.

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no future renewal charge will be made after that period.

8.4 No Refund for Current Billing Period

Unless required by law or expressly approved by us in a special case, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through that billing cycle.

8.5 Continued Access Until End of Term

If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to access the paid features included in your plan until the end of the already-paid billing period.

8.6 Exceptional Refunds

In limited circumstances, we may issue a refund at our discretion, such as in cases of material service failure, confirmed billing error, or significant service unavailability.

9Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Platform

The Site, software, models, user interface, branding, trademarks, design, code, text, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your Inputs

You retain whatever rights you may have in content, prompts, lyrics, or materials you lawfully submit to the platform, subject to the rights needed by us to operate, process, host, and deliver the Services.

9.3 Generated Outputs

Rights in Generated Content depend on your plan, the applicable licensing terms, and your compliance with these Terms and any separate commercial-use or licensing agreement made available by Csong.ai.

10Commercial Use and Licensing

Commercial-use rights are not identical across all plans. If commercial rights are offered, they are governed by the applicable subscription plan and any separate licensing terms made available by Csong.ai.

10.1 Annual Commercial Access

Annual members may receive the right to download an individual commercial license certificate for each eligible completed song created during their active annual membership, subject to the applicable commercial license terms. Where granted, this commercial license is intended to apply on a worldwide (global) basis, subject to the terms of the applicable license document.

10.2 Survival for Qualified Licensed Tracks

For eligible tracks created during an active annual membership period and properly covered by the commercial license framework, the issued commercial-use rights for those qualified tracks may continue after subscription expiration, as described in the applicable license terms.

10.3 No Automatic Commercial Right for Other Plans

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Csong.ai, free and monthly access do not grant the same commercial-use rights associated with qualifying annual-plan content.

11Platform Availability and Service Changes

We may update, change, suspend, improve, remove, or discontinue any part of Csong.ai at any time, including tools, models, workflows, downloads, or plan features.

We do not guarantee that any feature, plan, model version, or workflow will remain available indefinitely.

12Disclaimers

Csong.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific commercial, creative, or legal use case.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Csong.ai, Csong, Csong AI, the Company, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, account compromise, platform removal, third-party disputes, or unauthorized use of generated material.

14Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of Csong.ai
• Your Generated Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of law or third-party rights
• Your misuse of commercial-use claims, licensing, or monetization rights

15Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Services at any time.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to Csong.ai immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the Services, created legal or operational risk, or engaged in prohibited conduct.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Site and Services may end immediately. Any continued right in qualified commercially licensed tracks, if applicable, will be governed by the relevant licensing terms and your prior compliance with them.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17Changes to These Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Site, by email, or through other appropriate communication methods before the updated Terms become effective.

By continuing to use Csong.ai after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
