2. General Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under the standard Csong.ai refund process, your request must meet all of the following conditions unless otherwise required by law or approved by us as a special exception:

2.1 Request Window

Your refund request must be submitted within 24 hours after the original purchase. Requests submitted after this 24-hour window are generally not eligible under the standard refund policy.

2.2 Generated Song Limit

The account associated with the purchase must have generated fewer than 5 complete songs at the time the refund request is reviewed. If the account has already generated 5 or more complete songs, the purchase is generally not eligible for a standard refund.

2.3 Good-Faith Review

Refunds are reviewed in good faith based on account activity, purchase timing, usage level, and the facts provided with the request.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your Csong AI subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

3.2 End-of-Cycle Effect

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This means you may continue using your paid features until the current paid period ends, but future renewal charges should stop after cancellation.

3.3 Cancellation Is Not the Same as a Refund

Canceling a subscription does not automatically mean you will receive a refund. Refund eligibility is determined separately under this Refund Policy.

4. Situations That Are Generally Not Refundable

Unless required by applicable law or approved as a special exception, refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

• Requests submitted more than 24 hours after purchase.
• Accounts that generated 5 or more complete songs.
• Change of mind after substantial use of the service.
• Failure to cancel before the next renewal date.
• Dissatisfaction without a platform error or qualifying issue.

5. EU, EEA, and UK Users

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive your Csong.ai refund request, we will review it as quickly as reasonably possible and notify you of the result. If approved, the refund will generally be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Actual posting time depends on your bank, card network, app store, payment processor, or other payment provider. In many cases, approved refunds appear within approximately 3 to 5 business days, though actual timing may vary.

8. Special-Case Refunds

Even if a request does not fall within the standard eligibility rules, Csong.ai may choose to review and approve a refund in limited cases such as:

• Material service outage.
• Confirmed billing error.
• Duplicate charge.
• Severe technical failure preventing access to paid service.

9. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive payment disputes, or inaccurate claims made to payment providers may affect account standing and future access to the platform.

10. Relationship to Terms of Service and Licensing

This Refund Policy should be read together with the Csong.ai Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable commercial license terms. Refund approval does not expand licensing rights, and subscription status may affect access to certain features, downloads, or commercial-use benefits.

Csong.ai publicly describes support for two generated song versions per creation, MP3 and WAV downloads, public song links, connected music tools, and annual-member commercial license certificates for qualifying tracks.
